Residential Counselor/Adventure Module Leader

An experienced camp counselor, adventure trip leader and passionate outdoor enthusiast, Colleen “strives to create a fun, educational and safe experience” for the Mountain Valley residents in her care.  She graduated from Paul Smith’s College with a B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Facilities Management, a B.P.S. in Recreation, Adventure, Travel, Ecotourism and Minored in Business Administration – while being a Teacher’s Assistant, an Outing Program Leader, a Ropes Course Facilitator and a Resident Assistant.  And despite this busy schedule, Colleen found time to be a ski instructor at Titus Mountain in Malone, NY and complete an Outward Bound Leadership Course.  Responsible, organized, adventurous – and a self-proclaimed problem solver – Colleen is well-suited for her MVTC duties.
