Jay has over thirty years of experience in every aspect of the hospitality industry, and serves as an independent food service consultant to many resorts and restaurants.  In addition, Jay brings to MVTC over twenty years of youth and family mediation experience as a volunteer mediator.  Jay has over a decade of experience working with students who struggle discover the joys of self-dependence through the medium of food.  Jay is also a guild certified consulting hypnotist and has helped many people learn the skill to help target specific beneficial changes.  Jay lives in Lisbon NH, and enjoys organic gardening and playing with his boxer, Sasha. He is desperately trying to keep his golf scores in the nineties.
