Jennifer Fullerton, L.I.C.S.W., M.Ed.

Associate Executive Director, Administrative and Clinical Support Services

Jennifer directs Mountain Valley’s administrative functions, including admissions screenings and assessments, marketing and customer support, intake coordination, Knower Academics, human resources, licensing and culinary services.   Additionally, Jen oversees the clinical support areas of Health Services, Utilization, Quality Assurance and serves as an adjunct clinical supervisor.  A seasoned and diversely trained clinician and senior administrator, Jennifer is one of the members of Mountain Valley’s original leadership team, initially serving as Clinical and Operations Director.  Jennifer obtained an undergraduate degree from Boston College in biology and psychology and has Master’s degrees in social work and education from the University of Vermont and Plymouth State University. She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont, and has worked in adolescent residential treatment for close to twenty years in various clinical, administrative, and supervisory roles. Jennifer is also a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) and the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF).

Jennifer’s diverse clinical training and experience includes: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Affect Regulation: A Guide to Education and Therapy (TARGET), a research based intervention for adolescents and adults who have experienced psychological trauma; Aggression Replacement Training, an evidenced based group model that focuses upon social skills and anger management skills. Jennifer’s passion is partnering with adolescents to effect change and growth that will assist them in creating balance as they transition from Mountain Valley with hope and confidence. Jennifer lives in Campton, NH with her husband, Rob, and their three children: Dylan, Nolan, and Sydney.
