Peter Bayliss

Like many future chefs, Pete started at the ground floor of the restaurant business by washing dishes – but when he had a few minutes, he was allowed to cut potatoes for hash browns – and the culinary world was about to meet their new rising star!  With a degree in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT, Pete honed his craft at well-known local establishments such as Salt hill Pub and Woodstock Inn & Resort before earning his position as Head Chef at Thyme (formerly Tip Top Café) in White River Junction, VT. ServSafe certified, in his free time Pete enjoys playing the acoustic guitar and staying fit.
