Rebecca Gosselin

Activity Therapy Module Educator - Health & Wellness/ERP Specialist

Rebecca (Becca), an Exposure and Response Prevention Specialist, graduated from Plymouth State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and a minor in Professional Communications.  A veteran of many internships in various fields, including the Wellness Center at Plymouth State, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to MVTC.  She is a certified yoga teacher who regularly attends workshops to improve her knowledge base and skills, particularly those related to yoga techniques for individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and trauma.  She enjoys practicing Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin disciplines.  Becca has completed the Life Force Yoga training, is a certified Health & Wellness Advocate and is working towards a Certified Health Coach credential.  She is trained in CPR, First Aid, and Suicide Prevention.

Becca was the recipient of the 2016 Mountain Valley Treatment Center Rising Star Award for contributions to the MVTC community above and beyond expectations.

In her spare time, Becca teaches (more) yoga, loves hiking, fly-fishing, cross-country skiing, cooking and running with her husky-lab mix, Mike.  Becca’s MVTC radio name is “Tweetie.”
