In a recent Valley News article in Q&A format featuring Founder, Admissions Director Dan Villiers, Ph.D. and Carl Lovejoy, Director of Operations, both Dr. Villiers and Carl emphasized the importance of exercise and its impact on the overall health, both physical and mental, of residents.  Dr. Villiers commented about how many anxiety sufferers lead sedentary lifestyles and the resulting need of therapeutic recreation activities such as mountain biking, skiing, hiking, horseback riding, etc.  Carl appealed to the Upper Valley community for support and to date Mountain Valley has received several donations of quality bikes and related safety equipment.  Kudos to the Upper Valley and its response to adolescents in need!  Thank you.
