Graduation Luncheon – A Mountain Valley Tradition
One of the longstanding traditions at MVTC is the Graduation Lunch – with a menu of the graduate’s choosing. Favorite choices over the years have been Cari Lovejoy’s coffee cake with egg casserole, Pike Burgers from the now closed Pike Convenience Store, and Chinese Takeout. With Jay now in charge of the kitchen, we are able to grant many more culinary requests, including today’s choice of New York Strip Steaks and Jumbo French Fries. The steaks, by the way, were made possible by our own beef cattle, with a little help from the residents in our Farm to Table Wellness Module! Bon Appetit!
