About Anna
Anna joins MVTC from Southern Connecticut State University where she completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her internship at a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, and adults where she provided individual, group, family and couples counseling services. Anna comes from a wilderness therapy background working with adolescents and young adults in Vermont as well as leading wilderness trips for adolescent females throughout Utah and Arizona. Anna brings years of experience teaching yoga and guiding individuals to become more aware and connected to their bodies. Her clinical interests include mindfulness and somatic approaches, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices.
Anna resides in White River Junction, VT with her partner and coonhound. She enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and outdoor adventures.
