Ashley Belleau

Residential Supervisor - Plainfield Campus

After working in the service industry through her college years at Worcester State University, Ashley recognized her love for people and “people pleasing.” She graduated with a degree in Psychology with a concentration in child development and began her career at Mountain Valley Treatment Center in 2017 as a Residential Counselor, leading both Adventure and Art modules on the Pike Campus. Promoted to Residential Supervisor on the Plainfield Campus in March 2018, Ashley has grown in confidence significantly throughout her time at Mountain Valley regarding her leadership skills, residential support, and learning about facilitation of our therapy groups. Due to her experience at Mountain Valley, Ashley has been influenced to further her education in this field and has been accepted as a student for a master’s program at New England College for Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Aside from being a role model to our residents and impacting their lives, Ashley enjoys being active outdoors with her two dogs and often visits shelters to play with animals searching for homes. Ashley enjoys hiking, yoga, and live music in her free time. She truly believes that music is the best and most important healing mechanism during any overwhelming and stressful experience.
