After moving from Massachusetts to New Hampshire, Ashley joined Mountain Valley as a Residential Counselor in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a concentration in child development. In 2018, she was promoted to Residential Supervisor, developing and strengthening her leadership and clinical skills, and was quickly influenced to further her education in the mental health field.
In 2021, Ashley completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New England College, leading to her role as Program Director at Mountain Valley. Ashley’s experience with Mountain Valley, including her educational, leadership, personal, and professional development, demonstrates her dedication to the program and passion for the mental health field.
Outside of work, Ashley spends her free time listening to and attending live music events, and getting outdoors hiking with her two dogs, kayaking, and fishing.
