Leadership Team
Mountain Valley’s senior leadership team comprises of both experienced and rising leaders within the field, helping the program maintain its reputation of excellence, while fostering a culture of growth and innovation. The senior leadership team work closely to ensure all facets of the program are highly integrated and in service to organization’s mission and values.
Consulting Team
Mountain Valley’s Consulting Team brings extensive experience in behavioral healthcare, advising leadership on various aspects of the program. Their deep knowledge and commitment reflect our core values of professionalism, accountability, compassion, and transparency, strengthening our culture of excellence and innovation.
Clinical Team
Our clinicians regularly attend and receive continuing training at national symposia, such as those convened by the International OCD Foundation’s Annual Conference, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and more.
Administrative and Residential Team
Our residential staff is trained by our clinical team in the Mountain Valley developed Residential Exposure Specialist curriculum, a paraprofessional training program that enables us to deliver, monitor and track exposure therapy in a highly integrated fashion.
Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees comprises a blend of Mountain Valley friends and supporters. Their life and career experiences, along with their willingness to invest substantial amounts of time and energy to the program, make them able stewards of Mountain Valley’s mission.
