Leadership Staff

Mountain Valley’s senior leadership team – one of the most experienced within our industry – brings a combination of over 50 years of leadership, knowledge and skills to support our organization’s core values and positive culture of professionalism, accountability, compassion and transparency.

Clinical Staff

Our clinicians regularly attend and receive continuing training at national symposia, such as those convened by the International OCD Foundation’s Annual Conference, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and more.

Administrative and Residential Staff

Our residential staff is trained by our clinical team in the Mountain Valley developed Residential Exposure Specialist curriculum, a paraprofessional training program that enables us to deliver, monitor and track exposure therapy in a highly integrated fashion.

Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees comprises a blend of Mountain Valley friends and supporters. Their life and career experiences, along with their willingness to invest substantial amounts of time and energy to the program, make them able stewards of Mountain Valley’s mission.
