Gaining a better understanding of anxiety and OCD is a critical part of the therapeutic process for teenagers afflicted – and for those who love and care for them. Psychoeducation is an important facet of the Mountain Valley treatment curriculum and is offered to both residents and their families to help empower them. At MVTC, we learn that there is no “cure” for anxiety and OCD, but with proper care, you can control it – it doesn’t have to control you.
